Return journey doubled in price whilst on holiday. Booked a return journey to Bristol airport £49 each way. The first leg of the journey went very well. Whilst on holiday we received an email asking for an additional £40 as they had to change driver or we could have a part refund for the return journey, but this would of left us stranded at Bristol airport at 2.30 am, so we reluctantly agreed to pay. It transpired that the substitute driver was only being paid £6 more than the original return journey of £49 (£55). We have been informed that the the driver who cancelled our return journey would have had to pay a penalty of the difference of between his fare and the new fare. We felt we have paid £40 for a change of driver that has cost this company nothing. Subsequently to submitting this review we have been contacted by OTS who explained that the charge was an error and we have been refunded £34.

Shocked to read previous reviews. For us this company was great. We had rebooked and paid for a journey from Gatwick to Victoria Station as the trains were on strike. Our airline company cancelled our flight but we kept the company well informed of this and even though there was a lot of disruption for us the driver was waiting at the airport and drove us straight to Heathrow in a lovely clean Mercedes. Personally I couldn't fault the service we had that day.

Despite complaining on 16th June after what was nothing short of a dangerous drive from Gatwick to London (erratic driving and the driver was sleepy) and not getting a satisfactory explanation, we wrote to the directors and asked for our complaint to be escalated to Mr Shane Roach and Mr Nigel Beer, and to date 2406 we have heard nothing. We were two women on our own and had the drive not been at 0200, we would have stopped the car on the motorway and called the police. The driver concerned could not be contacted by OTS (so we are told) and should not be responsible for people's lives. I hope that even now we will get a response from the directors involved. We will NEVER travel Onward Travel Solutions again.

Driver was late, called me a sl*t in his own language which he didn't think I spoke and threatened to throw me out unless i kept both my feet on the mat at all time during the journey. His windows were locked and i could not open it. I recorded all the journey on my phone. Im talking this further as i do not accept to be physically threatened by a man. Oh and I'm pregnant which i told him i was.

I booked a taxi from the airport for my parents and paid the additional fee for the meet and greet and the driver was so late (at least 40 mins) that they had to get another taxi from the airport (despite the flight arriving on time). Given that the fare was already pre-paid, they never refunded me (despite using their service for a number of years). Despite the driver providing evidence to them that he was in fact late and was not at the meet and greet point, they blamed my parents for leaving and not waiting even more for the driver to arrive. Their response was that given they had paid the driver, we had to pay them. Also, important to note that their fare was literally double of booking an Uber and they still don't appreciate the need to be on time and actually be on the pre-agreed and paid for meet and greet place.

A driver turned up at our house today gave us our Name and confirmed our destination and called prior to arrival. It appears that the subcontractor made a mistake and sent two drivers and we got the wrong one. (Not at our fault) We were taken to Hammersmith not terminal 5 and when the driver realised his company made a mistake we were dumped out in Hammersmith and left stranded. He had a better paying job to go to so turfed us out. Having trusted this company for 10 years they left us stranded before our flight and refused to refund will have to dispute with credit card company. Staff were incredibly rude and insensitive cannot say avoid enough!

There was a change of driver which resulted in us being collected from the airport over an hour late. Furthermore the driver initially went to the wrong terminal

The driver was polite, he was considerate and recognised I had travelled far , allowing for time to use facilities and purchase water if needed for the onward journey.

Shocking service. Booked taxi was 1 hour 15 minutes late. Rude, obnoxious customer service person who despite arranging alternative transportation (Uber) had no sympathy or empathy for our situation. Never ever using again!

Great communication, great driver. We were 5 hours delayed and OTS made changes without cost. Cannot fault this service. Our driver re-routed due to problems on M6 and he was friendly, pick up was so easy. The car was excellent as was the driver himself. Really happy, would recommend and reuse.
