A poor consumer experience. My flight landed a little early (at 0515 even though I specified a 0600 meet and greet). I got through baggage before 0630. I was then taken to my destination. Afterwards I was charged £5 as the driver allegedly was waiting a few minutes over the hour. Even though he announced his arrival at 0536 and I was on board at 0630. I would not recommend using a company that does not understand the costs of doing business. Very disappointing.

I use this company regularly, and normally their service is OK to good. I had a recent problem with a driver who arrived way to late and I had to drive myself, but that was the exception to the rule. I booked this week for my partner (foreign lady) to go from my home to Luton Airport. I have made this journey more than 20 times with this company. She was collected on time and the driver / car were fine. What took us by surprise was that no more than 10 mins into the journey the driver is asking her where she would like to be dropped off? I booked to be dropped off at 'Luton Airport' and the last 20 times this was the official drop off area. Now the driver was saying would you prefer the free area or the drop off area. If you want the drop off area please pay an additional £5. Now if you know Luton airport, the 'free drop off' is the mid term car park some 700m from the airport. You have to cross the main road into the airport, take a narrow path under the bridge area, and then make your way across the bus / taxi area. This is all uncovered, and is not easy to navigate with heavy bags as the inclines are steep. The official drop off area is flat, 150m to the airport and covered all the way. My partner, not knowing the airport only knows the official drop off area. It was raining hard, and she had a heavy bag. I spoke with the driver, he demanded £5. I rang OTS, they told me this was their normal policy. Strange that 20+ previous times this never happened. I asked to speak with a manager - they refused. They are in breach of Distance Selling laws (order on the internet, the rules are clear). Their conditions state all Tolls are included. I wrote to them with evidence of their terms and conditions, that they don't offer the 'option' to choose drop off area, and that there is no statement of where they would drop you. They claimed that drop off = parking and not included. Luton Airport website states categorically that if you leave a car unattended in the drop off area it will be removed and impounded (i.e. it is not parking). I will be writing to Trading Standards, to charge additional fares once passengers are onboard on a pre-paid internet journey is not legal or ethical. Welcome to the new world of OTS. No interest in being reasonable. If the price was advertised I'd have been OK with it. They have changed their policy, are duping customers and leave you with pretty well little choice but to pay more once you are captive in their cars.

Our flight was delayed by 1;45mins driver was made aware well in advance via wats app we communicated with him over & back up to time of departure, as flight landed got a call from driver to tell us he’d left & would have to pay for an alternative transfer, spoke to customer care and they said submit proof of conversation, which we did and they returned saying no refund, due to no flight update at airport, so we had to wait 30 mins at Manchester airport for an available taxi, until 2am with 2 young children, taxi worked out cheaper than booking through this company, on follow up today & reviewing screenshots of correspondence, company has made contact & refunded fare

I have used OTS and have not had any problems until today. I ordered a car for two people with 3x 23kg suitcases for collection from Heathrow T5. The car that arrived wouldn’t take two, let alone 3 suitcases. Apparently this was my error as my suitcases were large and not standard, please note that the only sizing on the website is by weight, standard being 23kg and large 23kg+. Our suitcases all weighed less than 20kg. My error cost me the wasted driver time this morning whilst customer services verified that my suitcases wouldn’t fit in the car and the cost of another vehicle. The second reservation was described as 4x 23kg suitcases. I’ve been told to send an email to complain, there was no suggestion at all that the fault lay with OTS for taking my booking of 2 people with 3x 23kg suitcases. I’m fairly certain I’ll never see this money again. The most frustrating thing in all of this was I’ve known the size of our suitcases since booking, if there was any indication, like when you fly, the sizes were too big I would have ordered a bigger car to start with. I see a number of other reviews describing very poor customer service if there any problems. Take heed! OTS is fine when it goes to plan but customer service is dreadful when it doesn’t. I use car driver services frequently for work from the West Country to London airports, needless to say I will not be using OTS again. Which is a shame as their drivers are generally very nice and professional. Unfortunately the quality of the customer service is an indication of the quality of the company. The driver whose vehicle wasn’t large enough advised that this wasn’t the first time that he’d had an issue with baggage size and his order just said suitcases no size or number. The driver that did eventually took us home told us that in his view these were standard size suitcases and couldn’t understand the problem.

It was a great experience. It felt as you are being received by a friend. The office staff was very considerate and helped to coordinate by themselves rather than me calling them. They were considered enough to make even last minute changes to the trip details and the driver Mr Ghulam was an absolute gem if a person. He was considered to even pick us 40 minutes early than the mentioned time, as we got through immigration swiftly. He helped with the heavy luggage. The office staff and the driver, their coordination was absolutely great and made the journey comfortable. I highly recommend this services and would be happy to use this service again.

This is a terrible money-grabbing company; stay away from them at all costs. I made an advanced booking, I arrived on time on the day mentioned in my booking, and I was through within the 60-minute window; this is what happened next: Although I paid for a meet and greet when I came through, the driver was nowhere to be seen. I called him; he was outside having a cigarette. He asked me to wait for him next Costa, and he’ll come and find me. He showed up a few minutes later. I had booked the "Executive" service, thinking this would mean a slightly better than standard service; however, it was below standard. The driver was chaotic, the car was littered with his personal belongings, and the vehicle was 6 or 7 years old. Although the tier I booked allows for 3x23kg standard suitcases, I had 2 cases at less than 20kg each and a cabin bag at 7kg. The driver could not fit my luggage in his car because they were hard cases. I believe the driver was not trying hard enough, nor was he enthusiastic about the trip and keen to cancel. The car's boot was full of the driver’s belongings, and I was standing in zero degrees weather for him to clear it all out. The driver called an operator and informed them that he would not be able to make the trip and that they should provide me with an estate vehicle instead, he sent the operator some rubbish photos as proof, and he drove off and left me in the cold. The operator called me back and informed me that an alternative lift was impossible and that I should find my way to my destination. I asked for a refund, and the operator said a refund was impossible because the cancellation was my fault. I then took a regular Taxi from outside the Terminal and paid an additional £200 to get to my destination. I wrote a complaint email to OTS, and they were still adamant that I was wrong and would not get a refund. Shameful, honestly...

Paid extra £5 to be met. Driver messages to ask which terminal. Then asks me to meet outside. Still waiting outside terminal 45 mins after collecting bags. Disgrace first and last time I use this company.

I had a terrible experience with OTS taxi, they drove over the speed limit, took a wrong turn which I had to direct them out of. They used WhatsApp whilst driving the vehicle and were rude throughout the journey. I was charged a late pickup fee despite me constantly advising that our baggage hadn’t arrived yet. I contested the charge and the monies were withdrawn from my account without my permission. I would STRONGLY recommend never using this company.

We booked a return trip to London Gatwick Airport. A very nice new saloon car arrived early, polite and careful driver, and the return journey late at night was on time, easy to locate, and a good end to our holiday. Very impressed and will use again

The price for journey was very good . the driver arrived on time. But the do not expect fancy cars, it was pretty old and low budget car, other thing which was not great, the driver was wearing trainer and tracksuit which I found inappropriate.
