I wish I read the reviews before I booked it!! Our driver was initially very nice and polite but this changed when he realised that he had to put one of our suitcases inside the car because it did not fit in his boot. Yes, we had 3x 20kg suitcase with us, as per T&C Exclusive Car Mercedes E Class’ can take up to 3x people and 3x 23kg suitcases on board!!?? We felt really intimidated when the driver started swearing under his breath. This is because the road became bumpy. Yes, we do leave in a remote location, but when your job is a taxi driver, it’s your job to prepare yourself and check the journey before hand. Particularly if you are given destination address a few days before journey. Overall it was a dreadful experience and we couldn’t wait to see him go.

While on holiday in Spain I went online to book a taxi for the flight back to East Midlands Airport. Having never booked on line before I was a little apprehensive. After looking at several companies I decided to book with Onward Travel Solutions Ltd, a company I had never heard of! My flight landed on time and while I was collecting my cabin luggage from the overhead locker my phone rang - it was the taxi driver! He asked me to phone him when I had collected my suitcases. Luckily my cases were among the first on the conveyor belt so I phoned the driver and he told me to meet him outside the terminal building. The driver met me and my wife within two minutes and we made our way back to Northampton. The driver was polite and drove safely, observing speed limits throughout the 58 mile journey. We were so impressed we gave him a generous tip. We would recommend him but didn’t manage to get his name.

I advise against using this company. We booked a journey, Heathrow to Cambridge 24 Feb 2023. Once IN the taxi, we were informed that the taxi had to wait more than one hour after the flight had landed, so an additional "waiting fee" was being imposed. No other airport taxi company I have used has done this. When I complained to the company office, I was told "it's in the Terms and Conditions" that you agreed to when you booked. I will not use this company again.

Great experience. Other reviews made me apprehensive so I am writing this to give others confidence. The driver was perfectly on time, great communication, and a very smooth journey to the airport couldn’t have asked for better experience From bookings to arriving.

Excellent communication from date of booking . Given drivers phone no and office no in case of problems . Upon arrival driver phoned and told us where to meet him . There weren't any delays. The whole experience was positive .

They only give you an hour from when the plane lands on the runway (not when people start disembarking) which already meant we lost 20 mins due to taxiing/being attached to a gate. We were in contact with the driver as soon as we landed as well as updating as we came through baggage hall etc. He didn't drive into the airport car park until we told him we had our bags...but as it was over the hour from landing (it took us a while to find him in the carpark) we were charged £5 extra for 1/4 hour over. An easy way for them to get extra money from you when it is all out of your control. Won't be using them again

The driver was courteous and on time. However, I had paid for a meet and greet but the driver did not come into the terminal and instead I had to call him three times to receive instructions so that I could find him in the car park.

I spoke with the driver on the phone (only 8 minutes after the pick-up time), and told him that I was going to be late as my suitcase was lost by the airline. According to their contract, the driver should have waited, and they should have charged the waiting time at £20/hour pro rata. Instead, the driver just left the airport after 1 hour, and they charged me the full fare.

Was very apprehensive after reading mixed reviews, was beyond pleasantly surprised. Our flight was delayed by more than 4hrs, including 1hr idling in plane waiting to disembark. Our driver, Mohammed (?sp) kept in contact with us. The flight was listed as landed though we were still stuck in place. Mohammed was brilliant, assured us that he'll be there when we came out. He was! Helped push our luggages as husband had leg injury while I could tend to kids. My daughter then forgot her mobile🤦, Mohammed found it and has mailed it back. No cost, just kindness. Amazing. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

OTS are a complete scam. They claimed we were late when being collected for our train. But we were on time. Customer service were impossible to deal with. Fined us extra money even though we were not late.
