Avoid , all I can say is the company is aware of its practices and how deceitful they are . I paid of my loan early and saved 400 after paying 200 . I took out a £250 loan with the payback being exactly over £800 and something ridiculous right . They're system is dependent on a loop hole It's really insecure and growse. If you do use this service you may be tempted as they basically accept most comers, to apply again do not . Hopefully your feelings will guide you away from this company as it doesn't have your best interest. I would not recommend loans at all ,but this one is poison, see through the branding. If your gonna get a loan, don't get one from here . Its just the truth.

Terrible company, please avoid. I took out a loan and then my partner found out he has Stage 3c cancer, which meant he has had to give up work and this halved our income. I am struggling badly with my mental health since and in financial destitute. I explained to them, I cant afford it right now. I cancelled the direct debit. They won't put the account on hold, still somehow manage to take the money off me despite cancelling direct debit. Left me with £3 for a week! It's beyond cruel that they are doing this despite me saying I'm in financial difficulty. I'm going to approach the ombudsman because of it. They are aware of the situation but wont hold the account. My partner will go back to work, it's a case of when and once he does I'd be able to start repayments but these people want it now but I cant do it. I need to contact my bank and get them blocked from taking anymore money from me, until in a better position to pay. £3 for a week, it's left me in tears. If you take out a loan and your circumstances change, don't expect any help from them, they will bleed you dry regardless of how much you're struggling. Avoid!!!

Loans2Go lend irresponsibly as they do not carry out sufficient checks and when I asked for SAR to evidence their affordability and credit checks prior to lending they could not or would not provide this evidence. They lent money despite defaults and DMP visible on file. As a vulnerable debtor with bipolar disorder and ADHD Loans2Go also did not make reasonable adjustments regarding credit reporting during a period of mental incapacity and refuse to remove default markers. I lacked mental capacity for default notices and they knew I was mentally vulnerable debtor. They later did not respond to reasonable offers to repay and refused to remove history of irresponsibly lent loan. These are discriminatory acts towards a disabled customer. Loans2Go loans do not represent fair value and are in breach of the FCA’s Consumer Duty. They skirt borrowing rules by offering 18 month terms rather than 12 months and the FCA should investigate them due to lack of value and lack of affordability checks and lack of reasonable adjustments for disabled and vulnerable debtors.

Interest rate is so high, i had to take a loan to pay off a debt or risk going to prison even though the debt wasn't my fault, i now starve a few days out of the week, i hardly have any heating and struggling every single week all because this was the only loan company to take me on.... Would rather of just had debt collectors come and take some stuff away...... Been in debt with Loans2go for nearly 2 years now barely surviving and it's making my mental health issues rise again, seriously do not recommend

Only loan company that could help me, yes the fees are high but you can pay off early if possible for you. Friendly staff and really helped me out in a pickle when I needed it Thanks so so so much

Recently been in hospital for surgery for throat cancer so have been off work and basically on basic sick pay,I explained this to the agent and submitted an income and expenditure form and requested they put a hold on the account, however they took payment and refused to refund it as they said i hadn't called them, i explained I was recovering in hospital after surgery but they said that they were unable to help, so basically took my grocery money for the month leaving me nothing.please avoid this company as apart from the high interest rates when you need help they do not.
