Excellent service from start to finish.

I've had several loans with Loans2Go and to be fair they were very good and I paid my loans off on time or in most cases early . My recent contact with them has not been good at all and I have not had any positive results . I know that they have to be responsible lenders but with my record with them I find it irritating to be constantly asked to provide proof of income , my proof is my record but loyalty and conducting my business on time and in the right manner counts for nothing . These people do not deserve my business and I will not use them ever again . I wouldn't mind betting that there are plenty of people that have given glowing income information and then defaulted on their payments !! Sometimes you need to look outside the box .

The amount for charges/ fee is so hight, that better not to do it. Can you imagine for £250 they want almost £900. When I saw this I decided to stop the application. This is so much...

Applied for a £250 loan they took all my details bank details etc two days ago trying to check the progress they told me to wait for a OTP still waiting tried again for a OTP still waiting on the number to check. My question is where is my approved yes or no. And it was a emergency why I needed the cash. After all the information you give them they still declined giving me a loan wouldn’t recommend them to my family or friends

Helpful and easy to use

the interest for borrowing 300 had me paying back over a thousand pounds. it caused me such awful mental health. my dad has passed away and i was desperate. i made a complaint which was never responded to and they bombard me with emails to take another loan

Borrowed £500, paid back £300 (14x£22) and when I went to pay the rest of the debt off they wanted another £580 :( Avoid!! Never had anything like this one before.

Originally gave a good review due to quick acceptable and easy application. Unfortunately I have since settled my loan early in order to mitigate the high interest. I have no official confirmation of this and cannot login to my account. Emails have gone unanswered. I did apply for a small second loan to help out with Xmas for which I was refused , I assume because they did not earn enough money out of me first time around!! Feel a bit in the dark and where I stand now. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

After you declining me for a loan and reading the pre contract I extremely glad you did! You have sent me 7 yes 7 emails saying update application it’s approved and you have telephoned me 4 times. Please delete my details or in new year a GDPR data request will be made

The application was quickly accepted and the money was transferred to the account the next day despite my having a bad credit score. For emergencies it is an acceptable option but you need to be aware that the interest rates are too high, as in my case they lent £250 and I will have to pay £48.89 monthly for 18 months giving a total of £880.02.
