What a con/scam of a company took out a £480 loan to repay over 3 mnths in 2022, they actually had 3 month option to click on in application, end upon discovering after accepting loan that it was drawn up for 18 mnths not 3, emailed them immediately to ask why I would be repaying over £1400 when it would have been half of that for 3mnths. Reply to email said it would sort itself out once I got to 3mnth stage (Lies) checked lots of reviews on trustpilot last year 2023 with lots of poor reviews with people who experience similar to mine, clicked on 3mnth & ended up with 18mth loan, paying way more than we need to, out of curiosity I tried the loan application form again & surprise the option for 3mnths repayment was offered again in 2023, why on earth would I take out a smaller loan for 18mths, checked application form just now Dec 2024 Finally they are being honest about their 18mth loan being for 18mths pity its too late for the rest of us who got mislead.

WARNING - this company does not offer loans to existing customers!! I have just applied for a top-up but before i did so, i called them to notify them i had adverse credit on my account due to an FOS complaint that was under investigation. The lady who answered told me a lie - she claimed that LOANS2GO always make personal decisions and just look at the affordability first and foremost. WHAT A PACK OF LIES. Took me 10 minutes to complete an application which the website notified me would take 2 hours to review yet only took the underwriter less than 10 minutes to issue the standard BS email saying computer says NO!!! Now they have updated personal data which they can sell on for profit..... Don't go near this BS company they are NOT interested in loans to existing customers, they want fresh blood to exploit and rip off without their extortionate APR % rate!!! i wanted to borrow 1500 and they wanted to charge over 5500 over 24 months!!! RIP OFF MERCHANTS....they should lose their licence for ripping off customers!!! allegedly deception greed and lying are their main selling points and the three words which best describe their financial practices!! be warned folks.... Update: 06/12/2024. This matter is now subject to a formal complaint and it will be going to the FOS who will investigate Loans2Go if not resolved amicably. Will keep this review posted. Update: 22/12/2024 FOS are investigating this matter hence the comment below from Loans2Go to save their face especially the personal data comment!!!
