My shipping address was missing my apartment number, but when I contacted customer support to see about getting my package, they modified my shipping to be recalled and shipped again instead of just telling me where to pick it up. They did this on a Friday, which in turn, forced my package to have to wait until Monday for me to pick it up at UPS. It was something I needed immediately. They should never recall a delivery without asking first.
