I ordered 2 Buyers Products green and amber warning lightbars, but, in separate orders.... Both are great lights but the 2 are not exactly the same, minor differences, but things I notice.

Shipped(via UPS to a PO Box) to a wrong address and I had to got through the motions with UPS myself to correct it, three times. Customer Service? Non-Existent. Never responded to emails, period. I would never buy through this outfit again, ever.

I was looking for a throttle cable for my 1998 FXSTC. H-D no longer makes this part and the local H-D dealer indicated it was obsolete. I found a couple on E-Bay for $135, by FinditParts had one for about half that price. Brand new cables at half the price makes me happy!

I wasn't expecting super service to be honest, it was a rare part that no one else had.. So I placed the order, I quickly had an email stating that it could take up to 5 days from the maker of the part.. I had my part in the time they said!

After FinditParts supplier messed up my order. They got a hold of me to find out what went wrong and where more than happy to correct the problem. As it turn out it was the supplier that had shipped the part to the wrong address and not emailed me when the part was shipped. I'am am very satisfied with their quick respone and concern in finding out what went wrong. I plan on using FinditParts in the future.
