Ordered a 3 pack of Dent Fix pulling tips. I was billed for the three pack including an excessive shipping fee, but only received one of the pulling tips. Sent them an email and waiting to see if they correct the mistakes, or if they just cop out and refund part of the amount they charged me via PayPal.

The product was prestine when shipped. But I got told a day late that it was shipped. So I Dont know how often you check your own shipping times. Other then that it was easy to find and even better when they made it here.... Really quick

I could've believe the level in care of the packaging the replacement alternator for my boat. Double boxed with room for movement. Delivery was on schedule. No problems ordering from them again.

I am very pleased with the performance of the company overall. I placed a large order with FIP and I received quality parts at a great price. We had some snags, but in the end, the company delivered on their promise. They also took extra steps in the beginning to be certain that I wasn't trying to make a fraudulent purchase. I believe that you may have to wait a little longer to receive your parts, but it may be the price you pay for low prices.

Part numbers were all correct and quick getting the order out .

Yes they had the part, a remote trunk release button. Yes, the price for the item was reasonable - before "Shipping" and "Handling". When I moved forward with the order, eventually the system showed me the additional charges: $10.24 + $1.95 - ridiculous. The item in its factory packaging was 1 inch X 2 inches and weighed an ounce.
