Recently had problems with an order. If it were not for Sal I would have cancelled the order, reordered somewhere else and not returned to the website. Now, I will shop here first and foremost due to the excellent customer service I received from Sal .

I ordered 4 truck mirrors. One came broken in the box. I sent an email to customer service letting them know. I received a response the same day within a few hours with an apology and they are now sending me a replacement part no questions asked and said to just scrap the broken item. I have never seen such great customer service. Will definitely be searching here for parts I need from now on!!!!!!

It took over a month from the time I ordered it until it arrived, I put in a request for information about when it would be delivered, but got no response until I got the shipping confirmation. They did say they would refund my shipping cost because of the long wait. The box was nearly destroyed in shipping, but to my surprise the Items were OK. The price of the items I ordered was good and the items were as described, but I will probably order elsewhere the next time. I would have been OK with the wait if they would have kept me informed about the status of the order.

I was looking for an old obsolete Case bearing. I tried 2 bearing housed in Denver with no luck. I searched on line and found your company. The bearing I needed was listed as available from you. Unfortunately that was not the case. It truley is an obsolete bearing. Your parts specialist did find me the exacty bearing I needed from another manufacturer. He called to confirm this was ok with me. It was less money for the exact same bearing. Thanks for the extra effort on your part! I will definately be using your company in future .

i paid about 160$ for a tourque converter that came with rust all over it sad looking, will never do business with yous again this is a disgrace also used part should of been in add when i though i was buying brand new, i could of bought new at advance auto for cheaper and brand new prepared to what you shipped me.
