Wrong Address/Shipment not received I input my shipment destination to Indonesia,but instead my shipment was sent to Vernon California, I noticed something wrong, so i sent an email and several reminders to the customer service email, but no response.until now.

Do not buy from this web site, I order a switch for 29,95 and said was free shipping and after was bought they changed the price adding a 2,95 handling fee plus 10,95 shipping which came up more than the price on the dealership

Giving 4 stars because they did get me an axle for my truck which was very hard to find and they did it at a really good price so im very happy with that. only thing that could have had a little improvement was the shipping details that i didnt get until after the part had already arrived. other than that overall happy using find it parts and will do so again in the future and will also recommend them to others.

I will never use this company again, please remove me from your email list. I never got a response from your customer service. and my parts were delayed in shipping and then not shipped as were told in delayed email. when questioned about delay and refund I got no response not a company I trust with my CUSTOMERS satisfaction . but thanks for showing me where your customers stand I choose not to be one. please remove me from your list

The part I ordered arrived in a timely manner in good condition, but it turned out not to meet my needs and FindItParts did not have an alternative part I could use, so I made arrangements on line to return the part in the manufacturer's unopened plastic packaging it came in. It was at this point that I discovered that I would be charged 20% for restocking and I believe for the shipping to me which was originally no charge. I find this excessive and far below the policies and customer service I receive from other on-line companies like Amazon. I will never order anything from FIP again. Unsatisfied.

Placed one order on 10/31 for 4 items; 2 wheel rims, valve stems and a valve core remover. First wheel came in 2 days! Second, took 4 business days. Still waiting for the other two items, which tracking shows shipped separately to arrive tomorrow and Thursday, 6 and 7 days. Customer was less than happy that it took so long. Don't understand why, at least the wheels didn't arrive together.

The day I place the order went something like this, called local H-D shop for a starter solenoid for a 2003 V-rod, give the the part #, I'm told it gas been replaced by a -01A, ok order it, it's been discontinued, ok whats's the replacement #, none its been discontinued. You probably should try searching the internet, good luck, good bye. ?????? So I began the search. Ended up searching by manufacturer # which brought me to you folks. Received the part On Thurs, installed today. Exact match. Same terminals, same mounting bracket. My V-rod is back on the road.

Ordered Monday night with FedEx priority Overnight shipping. Didn't receive until Thursday. According to tracking, order wasn't given to FedEx until late Tuesday afternoon. Seems to me, that if a customer forks over $30+ for the fastest possible shipping method, the order should be prioritized and processed first thing the next morning.

I placed my order PRIORITY OVERNIGHT, I paid for this service, parts were shipped STANDARD OVERNIGHT, I was unable to ship the parts to my customer as promised paid for a service did not receive and the answers of your customer service was that there was nothing he could do.

I was told about this vendor from a friend. I was looking for a new Master Cylinder which for years had been unable to find. I ordered it from this place, and it was canceled because of not being available, but they provided me a phone number to the manufacturer, whom I called. They had one of them outside of the normal area this vender uses, they immediately called and placed an order hold on it, and 4 days later I got my part, plus because I'm new customer, I received 10% off. This vendor went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the part I needed. They are my go to spot in the future for auto parts.
