I should have paid more attention but it wasn't until after I clicked buy it then I realized how much the shipping charge you guys were charging I immediately tried to cancel my order and had nothing but problems even talking with one of your representatives they couldn't get the order cancelled.

I received a email on 2/17/17 stating my part was delivered . I contacted finditparts letting them know I haven't received my part yet they call me back with 1 solution "buy the part again " til they file a claim with fed ex .I will never do business with this company again .

ORDER MY ITEM AT 11AM ON WED 1/11 DID NOT RECEIVE TILL 1/18, MY PART WAS NOT SHIPPED TILL THE FOLLOEING MONDAY.

It was hard to get info from them. Customer service, 4 out of my 5 calls went to voicemail. They emailed me confirmation for another guy's order. The order was shipped 2 business days after I ordered it so lead time was not awful but it was a part I really needed and it was only a one day ship from their warehouse in Ohio. The tracking number comes the day after they ship it so it leaves you wondering. If they had been on top of it, I could have saved two days. Pricing was good. And the part was correct and worked fine out of the box.
