I received a request to complete a survey, before I actually receive the items I ordered. I placed an order on Sep 17th and I am still waiting for my order. After inquiring, a customer service representative reached out to let me know the items I ordered are on back order, and he is hoping there will be a status update available for me soon. I truly appreciate the quick response to my concerns, and will update this review after I receive the frames.

1st time ordering and it was seamless. Pleased with product received.

While I really like the weight of the lightweigt gridwalls and the ease with which they go together, I don't like their instability. I placed weights on the foot bases but the walls themselves appear to lean when set up. Then, once items are hung on them, they lean more and topple easily. While I can work something out to lash them to a post, I was looking forward to using them as purchased without the need to "jerry-rig" something to make them work. Quite disappointing.

The package arrived damaged and the shipping was very expensive. Fortunately I was able to refuse the shipment and get a refund. I was impressed at how quickly my payment was refunded. Everyone was pleasant but I did not get my display.

We needed something to display our Church bulletins and this was perfect. Good quality!

the feedback about the arts files is to slow, take many days to get a response and this affects my project and delays to start my promo. kind of disappointed. I hope the final product change my opinion.

The frames SHOULD hold big signs, about 24W” x 26T”, but the stretch cords that hold the frames together & reinforce it diagonally, ARE MUCH TOO SHORT. 9” IS THE WIDEST YOUR SIGNS CAN BE, if they’re made of inexpensive corrugated plastic board or foam board. The boards will buckle if you use anything wider than 9”! The cords are so short that they probably wouldn’t even work if you used thin plywood. Also, these cords would be hard to attach if you have arthritis. I am removing these cords, and will try making longer cords that are each partially stretchy. I will try to post with an update—but at least, you’re now warned.

It leaks powder all over the floor. Not usable for my application. After this post, I was contacted by customer support and they we able to help me resolve my issue. Thanks for the excellent customer service

Great quality products and quick delivery!

It was easy to order and the flag display arrived quickly. The only negative comment is that there were no instructions for the assembly but it was fairly simple to figure out. I would recommend your company and would order again.

This item was shipped quickly and exactly what was described on the website.

The kiosks look really nice. The structure needs to be a little stronger. We had to shore up some of the shelves and connections with "L" brackets. We are only a few weeks into the use of them, hopefully the hold up for the long term.

Displays2go had just the right display case for my needs. It was the right price and easy to order. The delivery scheduling worked well. Thanks for having a great product at a great price.

ordered Whiteboards several weeks ago. Had to call to check status only to find out they were damaged in transit and nobody reached out to us. Now we are told we have to reorder and they don't know when we will receive what we paid for several weeks ago.

Just in time.. Our new pulpit will give the golden touch on our altar as we celebrate our church's 35th anniversary this fall. Thank you for such excellent workmanship!!

Slow customer service

I placed an order for a deck heater and was not told until I reached out to Displays2go, almost a month after ordering it to inquire about the order since I had not received the item, that it was no longer in stock. I understand that stock changes, but I should have been notified by the company.

Well they responded pretty quickly to a bad review and have refunded the full order and left the frame with us. Bravo for a quick response and I hope a better experience for all customers in the future. Thank you! Original comments were: This place is terrible. We order tons of stuff online but have never felt this badly treated. My wife ordered a $20 frame and accidentally ordered the wrong color. We paid $9 shipping originally and they wanted $15 for shipping to return the item. If we had them send the right color we would pay $9 shipping again. The worst shipping and return policy I have ever seen. My wife said no thanks. Never again! Make sure you love what you order.
