I love the electric hand control and foot pedal, very quiet and smooth. The cushion is not too firm, just comfortable. Jeff was very helpful and I can't thank him enough for making the purchase of this bed possible.

United States | 14 June 2016I just received the dryer in the mail yesterday and upon opening it discovered that one screw holding the hood in place was missing. I found the screw in the bubble wrap and had my dad screw it back into place. The machine itself appears as pictured online. I plugged it in and tested it and it seems to be in working order so far.

It can be hard nowadays to find a company that stands behind it's products, responds to you in a timely manner, and really goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy with every aspect of their order, but that is exactly the level of service you receive from Jeff and Gifted Touch. I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for all of my future salon equipment purchases.
