I bought a towel warmer from Gifted Touch online. The next day I received an email that the company they get that item from is on back order till a certain date. They gave me the option of cancelling the order, waiting for it or receiving one of three other warmers that they can ship on time for no extra cost. Atleast one, if not all three of the optional warmers were worth more than the initial warmer I wanted to order. I opted to go for one of the optional warmers so I could get it sooner and not wait. I waited 24 hours for an acknowledgement of my choice, but I didn't receive anything. Not sure if they received the response (vie email) I went to their sight and chatted with an associate of their company online. After giving him very little information he said he would get back to me. I never heard anything back, but the next day I had my new warmer in perfect condition. This is an excellent company with great customer service. I would definitely buy from them again!

Recently, I have made two purchases from Gifted Touch. The Luxe Lift Comfort Electric Spa + Massage Table is not only beautiful, but also comfortable and accessible for my patients. My order came on time, as promised, and packaged very well, with no assembly. After much research, The Paragon/Garfield Desktop High Frequency had the best reviews for the money. This unit is small, but exceeds enough power to perform the service needed. I had not received my item and it had been once the 3 business days! I thought I may have been scammed, by this company and am going to call me credit card company in the next day or two. The company saw my review and conrptacted me to assure me that my item was on its way and confirmed my tracking number. I received my item today and have to say..... It was much better than I imagined when I ordered it. I am now so pleased with the service and care they took, making sure I was satisfied. I will order again and again. Very nice products and easy to speak to Jeff about Details. The only thing that was less than smooth was trying to send a small business loan payment via Wells Fargo and the shipper would not bring the item into the business Other than that we love our table.
