I am completely floored by the quality of the service I just received! I went online to look for my dream table and was having a hard time finding it. Today I landed on Gifted Touch's page and my challenges were quickly removed. First there was the online chat. I did not see the exact table I was looking for but saw two that were close. I was able to describe what I liked in both of those tables and the online person sent that information to Jeff Secondly, Jeff called with a clear idea of what I was looking for but made sure to listen to what I said. He made great recommendations and I am 100% confident I will be happy with my table and other supplies. So confident I am filling out this review the day of my order and not after my items have been received. Finally no shipping cost was the icing on the cake. I definitely have bookmarked this website for future supply needs!

I was surprised to have on line assistance while browsing their Websites @ 8:30 in the evening. I got a follow up call within 15 min. They were willing to beat another company 's price with no problem. My table was,not in stock so Jeff offered me an upgrade for the same price. Very professional & courteous.

I ordeted a table warmer on Fri 10/16. It didn't SHIP OUT until almost a week later, and I'll probably have to wait another 5-7 days for it to arrive. I ordered a speaker from eBay that same night. It arrived in 3 days. I was expecting eBay to be the one I was waiting for. Since it took so long for them to ship my order, it makes me wonder about their customer service. Is my order important to them? If I have an issue, will they be quick to respond? Unfortunately I can't answer these questions since I'm still waiting for my order. PS. The only reason I give them 3 stars instead of 2 is bc they had a discount.

Initially there was a little snag in the process, but Gifted Touch went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They helped me select another unit and rushed it to me. I would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you for being amazing.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing through this company! They were able to quote me less than half of any other company's shipping. The first table wasn't in perfect condition and they very quickly arranged for another one to be sent out. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Screws had fallen out of the dryer and husband had to put it back together. Wish I would have had tracking get also. I had to call to find out when it was coming. ...didn't even get an email saying it was shipped.
