United States | 26 October 2021The final product is fine. But there were lots of communication issues with the people in charge of my project. Not everyone, but some of them did not respond to my emails. In fact one of them still has not responded to sending me the book that came with my re-submission. I don't like to leave a negative review, but this became too much this time. I am giving an average review for this reason. I almost chose poor but that would not be fair to the other people that did a great job communicating an tending to my requests.

Canada | 25 October 2021Good service in general but the type setting/design and marketing service (e.g., author's website and press release) can be improved, as there are lots of errors on the first draft. This makes the author as the sole gatekeeper to spot out any errors for fixing despite the errors were fixed swiftly.

Including the managers, no one calls me back, they promise call backs however never call back. They barely respond through email, but yet wants me to change my cover name to a fake name. I’m paying $1000 just to receive 10% of royalty. Any positive review is a lie.If anyone knows a better self publishing company please email me @zekewilliams500@gmail

Being new to this, the feeling that I was tossed from one person to the next was unsettling. I did not receive everything that was in the original contract that I signed. There was also a communication gap between myself and others. The final product was not what I wanted. I had no choice but to accept it as is.

United States | 07 September 2021Very good to excellent in the manuscript editing portion. Marketing: Jury still out. Expensive; sold a second marketing package AFTER publication. The marketing executive that convinced me to buy it became TOTALLY UNAVAILABLE after I bought it. I'm still waiting to see if it produces for me. Considerable difficulties throughout the process it getting through to some of the iUniverse personnel. Frustrating.

Fortunately iuniverse was able to deliver what they promised in a reasonable amount of time. There was always present however a 'upsell' presence of which you must be aware.
