During qualifying I was told I didn't qualify during the review. I was totally baffled by these findings. 3 hour later I was advised I would qualify with flying colors and apologies came with a discount to get my business. I reluctantly moved forward. I want to add my significant other to the deed. I was told no problem, then I was told it couldn't be done until the loan closed and my loan originator would walk me through this with YOUR title company. We've closed and I made the request. Today I was told your title company could not add my significant other to the deed. I was advised I would need to file a quit claim. It appears to me that Rocket mortgage is staffed with less then knowledgeable personnel giving misinformation to their clients in order to close loans. I will be filling a report with the Washington Attorney General with my dissatisfaction.

Seamless and simple!

Ended up with a loan that has no escrow. now my payment is really 400-500 a month higher than what was discussed. This was after me asking 3 different times to be sure escrow was included due to the way it appeared in the loan documents. I was reassured that was not what it meant each time I asked. I was reading it correct after the fact.

I worked with Jack Bowman. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He was available whenever I had questions, although I made it a point to work within his schedule. He finalized the closing within a couple of weeks and even did a dual notarizing as my wife and I were about 70 miles apart that day and she was leaving on a 2-week vacation out of country the next day.
