I enjoyed and will highly rate staff and processes including the portal for ongoing tasks and uploading documentation. That was top-notch. But I'm still not happy with the rate I was offered which I believe was predatory, but I went ahead and accepted this rate in hope that future rate reductions may allow me to refinance with a higher credit score, resulting in a lower rate.

A lot of issues and overpromising and under delivering from my loan officer and it sucks because I had to pay for his mistakes with no recourse from upper management. Very unhappy and will never shop with rocket mortgage again after this.

I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage! They are so great to work with. Their explanation of the process is easy to understand. After the closing, the funds that came back to me and the notes/loans they paid off only took a few days. The app is easy to navigate and everything can be uploaded thru that.

It was very difficult sending payments to my creditors and then the check was $500-$700 more and then to turn around and have to wait for them to send a check back for the overpayment.

My experience was wonderful. The Team was very helpful and knowledgeable in each area.Mr Colin Schroeder, was extremely patient and helpful .

Process was pretty simple and easy to follow. The only problems we had were the website asks you to link your bank account and after doing so we wanted our funds to go to the local bank but you cannot enter a 2nd bank account even though there is a link to do so. Another thing that would have been nice is electronic transfer of funds to all payees.
