There were several fees that weren’t explained, loan discount fee?

Great communication and easy access 24 hours a day

It took forever to finish processing my loan, I lost point on in the process also not very happy with that response I've been getting from the mortgage company rocket mortgage that is also all I just feel like we could have been much faster but unfortunately it's been a disaster one after another so I'm not a very happy customer.
