Website is very easy to use. I have used it for years to compare offers that are much better than major company websites even though I have a loyalty card with most of them. Although I have never had to use it, we always purchase excess coverage when we travel abroad, and in nearly all cases, Kemwel has the best overall price.

I paid for a new Peugeot for the month of October through the Buy Back program. The car was not at my pick up point in Rome on the promised date. I was given a rental car from Hertz and told that my Peugeot would be delivered to me soon. It took three weeks for the car to arrive. I was able to drive the Peugeot for one week. I could have rented my car from Hertz for half of the money I paid to Kemwel. When I contacted Kemwel customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. When I asked what regulatory agency had oversight on Kemwel, my call was disconnected.
