When everything goes with the rental desk smoothly, you will be satisfied. When you have an issue and need support and help, especially important in a foreign country, they will not be there for you. So if service is important for you, do not rent a car from Kemwel. Reasons: -didnt agree to change the driver details on the voucher when the main driver had problems with his licence in the Hertz desk without requoting the price (+500$). - Didnt want to help to give a refund nor help getting a refund from Hertz when the car was eventually not possible to collect.
