Kemwel is our rental/lease agency for all foreign trips and they provide excellent service. This time it was Dublin, Ireland for 3 weeks and all was good.

From the time we inquired about the BY BACK Peugeot program ( like a rental really but includes Insurance too!), to Booking, To Appts for Pick up and Return, and the CAR ITSELF, All was an extremely positive experience. Only Negative: Wish the fee to pick up in Once Country and Drop Off in another weren' t there, or LESS at least, but understand that Kemwell has to send the car back to France on a truck. I could not find an option to apply my VAT exemption. At the dealer they had no way of authorizing my use of a VAT form. This would have saved me 19% off the cost of the rental. Additionally, they had no record of my purchase of additional insurance and stated I would be required to purchase supplemental insurance. I had to contact Kemwel directly and have the contract emailed, as the original agreement did not itemize the additional insurance I had already purchased. I recommend Kemwel include in the rental agreement sent to customers a detailed itemization of all additional services purchased. Also, instructions on how to apply for excemption from VAT tax.

For the second time this year we've used Kemwel/Auto Europe to rent through Hertz at this location. The voucher system worked fine but we are still working with the accommodating people at this location regarding the use of our premium car rental coverage to which we subscribe through AMEX. This coverage is primary, no deductible insurance and requires that we decline all insurance at the desk. The manager at this Hertz site now seems to understand this but I'm sure that is not the case elsewhere in Europe; so, I'd strongly recommend that you work with AMEX to promulgate this featured insurance throughout your network.

Made reservation by telephone with a very competent staff member. Pickup and drop off was super easy and fast.

Two or three times a year, I book my car in France through this website. Very convenient and they offer very competitive prices.

This past summer, I had a Peugeot Open Europe lease purchased through Kemwel. The "Pack" that I got this year was significantly different from the "Pack" that I got last year, leasing from from another source. This year the "Pack" included navigation, but last year we had a center console, moon roof, and overhead storage in the rear in our Peugeot Partner Teepe that were missing this year. Somehow, a "Pack" is not a "Pack" from agent to agent or year to year. Be sure that you fully understand what is included before you sign on the dotted line.

I start having problem with the car from first week I take the car to dealership they were not going to give me a lender and they told me is not dangerous to drive the car I had to drive the faulty car for almost 2 months and it was very dangerous

I always use Kemwel for car reservation in Europe. They offer great prices and a great product. Once, when I arrived in Geneva, I found that I had never actually completed my on-line reservation. The company wanted to charge me more than double the price. I was able to call Kemwel and get the original price I had been quoted for the rental. I am still grateful for that.
