I have rented a car many time with Kemwel and I am very satisfied and happy. Everything went as planned and the people working with the company were excellent.

Everything was ok but they charged me an enormous amount for cleaning the dog hairs (additional 60 % of the rental price).

I've used them for many years to rent cars in France and Germany, both rental and buy back. If you need to get them on the phone, they're there. When I've had to change or adjust reservations they have always been polite and helpful, and I have always been satisfied that I have gotten the best deal. Their website is easy to use and informative.

Reservation was accrrate and reliable. I got the car through avis with 100% insurance no deductible. All was as expected except avis agreement didnt includ windshield repair or road side assistance in tge deal so we opted for that which added 180 more to the cist but still a great deal

I got a good offer, but was a little confusing, to wait for it a couple of hours and the company has "opening hours". But the offer was good and everything was fine.

I flew into the Rome Airport and picked up my Fiat 500. My two passengers and luggage fit perfectly. The employees couldn't have been nicer and I was on my way shortly. When I returned the car, the entire experience was seamless. The car performed wonderfully and we had a wonderful time. You couldn't ask for more.

Beware with Europcar and insurance

For the most part when it comes time to get my car, there is usually a problem with the car I expected to get. Hertz is particularly bad.

At least for around 20 years we used Kemwel to rent cars, especially for European vacations. Every time, all the time, the rental experience was great!! Good prices, good selection of cars, well designed and clearly worded vouchers with no problem whatsoever, when we presented the voucher at the different rental companies, not once!!!

I got a quote from Kemwel for a Hertz car at the CDG airport that was much less than the Hertz website. A few weeks prior to our trip, I checked and the price went down. I sent an email to Kemwel and they refunded the difference. My rental at the Hertz counter went very smoothly.

As always, my experience with Kemell in the Peugeot lease buy back contract has been excellent. There are not enough words to express my complete satisfaction with my many contracts with Kemwell.
