I ordered a sample first and it arrived within 48 hours. Lovely mosaic tiles, promptly delivered. They have improved the small bathroom tremendously.

Very good service. I ordered some sample tiles and they were delivered to me next day. When I proceeded to order there was an initial ‘issue’ with my checkout but when I telephoned the order again the tiles were delivered very quickly. The tiles are very nice and a great price.

Ordered two 300x300 mosaic tiles. Delivery was very expensive at £14 but the images looked great. Very fast delivery (which you’d expect for £14!) but the mosaics are very low quality. Pieces were falling off and just looked cheap quality. We binned them and went to B&Q. I would have given 1 star but they got two due to quick delivery. ***update following reply*** the mosaics we’re falling apart, so to return them would have had a significant impact on your carbon footprint for the return and re-delivery to some other customer so please try and not lecture me on responsibility when you’re only thinking about profit. I thought about contacting you, and having reviewed your reply, I’m glad I didn’t waste my time. At least B&Q (which I drove to in my electric car …remember the responsibility bit above) were able to supply me with half decent mosaics and I’m sure they’re glad of the excellent review I left for them.

Really very pleased with the product and the efficient service, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I considered the shipping of such a small package excessive. That said the threshold for free shipping is very low so in most cases that would not be an issue.

Brilliant service, from ordering samples, then actual tiles, process took a week. Lovely products and just what I'd been looking for.

The customer service was good. It was easy to return the tiles we ordered and the refund was given without much delay. The reason for dropping one star is that the tiles we ordered were significantly different to the image online. We would advocate ordering a sample in future as advised on the website.
