Requested sample arrived well packaged and on time.

I ordered a sample to begin with and was then happy to order the tiles for my kitchen. The tiles arrived extremely well packaged and quickly. I was also very impressed with the customer service, as I put in an order and then realised that I needed some more. As the second order was small, there was a delivery charge but I explained that I had made a mistake and they should have been part of the larger order and they refunded the delivery fee almost immediately.

Really good service. Friendly staff and nice to get questions answered over the phone. Next day delivery as well.
