Great service - my tiles arrived by return. I have been searching for a mosaic tile needed for a small area of repair to match my original glass tiles which were purchased 18 years ago and Mosaicvillage where the only company who were able to assist. Thank you - they look fab.

Nice product and fast delivery

Site takes order yet then reverts as if needing to still complete order.possibly a delay issue. Got refund first time this went through twice. Avoided mistake second order.as waited to see if email came confirming order, even though their site on placing order didn’t. No option on site to refund samples which were sent earlier, quality tiles.

The tiles were perfect as pictured and arrived promptly carefully packaged and completely in tact. This was by far the best price around also. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using again for my bathroom in the new year.

Delighted with my mosaic tiles the quality is really good and the colours are fantastic. Delivery was very prompt and the price was reasonable.

Good advice - had what I wanted in stock - good price. Would have given 5 stars except their delivery company let them down and tiles took 2 days to get to me. You could argue that this was beyond their control - but maybe if it's a frequent complaint, Mosaic Village might think about a different delivery company.

Excellent service

Brilliant speedy reply to request for samples and then the ordered goods were delivered within the week. The range of tiles on website was excellent. I wanted a more unusual colour, found three which might have worked and when the samples arrived there was one which was perfect.

Samples sent out to me really quickly. Packaged safely to ensure no breakages. Samples sent were excellent quality and of a great size so i could view exactly how the finished project could look. Sample tiles were gorgeous and exactly how they looked online. Will definitely use this company when project is at the stage that I need tiles.
