Excellent service and quick dispatch.Tiles are lovely and a good price.The tiles I purchased were £3 cheaper per tile from here plus I got free delivery for spending over a certain amount. Would have been next day delivery but the delivery van broke down so got them 2 days later than I should.No fault of the seller. I would definitely buy from here again.

We ordered some samples which arrived quickly. We then ordered the tiles. A couple of days later I got an email saying don't forget you get the money back you spent on samples back if you placed an order. We had to phone them to get that back, but have had an email to say it has been reimbursed. The tiles were sent by courier but we were working so had trouble actually taking reciept of the delivery. On arrival several were damaged. I called to inform them and we are awaiting replacement tiles. The service despite the hiccups has been very good.

The tiles turned up very quickly . I also bought the plastic backing to help put them up. They went up really easily and look absolutely fantastic would thoroughly recommend them

As it was only samples I received I can only comment on speed of delivery however as I liked their samples and when I'm doing my bathroom in near future I would buy from them

Tiles arrived within a couple of days on normal delivery albeit the wrong tiles.Contacted them straight away,could'nt apologise enough,correct order arrived on next day delivery,fantastic customer care,will be using them again.
