Have requested the arctic service kit for my LF ii 240 argb which I had purchased through Amazon in March of 2022. Saw the gamers nexus video which made me aware of the problem. I'm happy the company is taking the responsibility to fix the issue. Im still a little stressed that I have to do the replacement of the gasket myself but thanks to the GN video that details the complete process, I hope I can get through it with out messing up

J'ai acheté des ventilateurs argb et un refroidisseur à eau pour processeur. Les ventilateurs 0 db sont bien silencieux à leur fontionnement normal et assurent une température efficace de 40 degrés dans mon boitié et grâce au watercooling aio la température de mon cpu (i5 12600k) n'exède pas 30 degrés au repos avec une température de la pièce à 25 degrés. Ca fait le job avec rapport qualité prix excellent.

I just found out about the production problem with my Arctic Freezer II 420, through Gamers Nexus, and was amazed at Arctics honesty and willingness to address this problem, instead of just burying it. After watching the video, I went to Arctics website, found the form, and filled it in. This has to be the most painless repair procedure I have ever carried out. Arctic says it is going to send me the repair kit, and yeah, I'm kind of annoyed that I have to do this, but that does not change how brilliantly Arctic is handling this. They have also extended my warranty from 2 to 6 years! I don't think you can get much better than this!

Well, in addition to pretty good coolers (if having a little complicated installation), they just did the right thing after they found out that they might have a problem with one batch of AiO coolers. Also pretty nice thermal paste and fans.

Die Bestellung, Versand mit Sendungsverfolgung verlief reibungslos. Das Produkt war gut verpackt. Vorteil, wenn man direkt bei Arctic bestellt ist, dass man die aktuellste Version des Produktes erhält. In meinem Fall war das Montageset für Sockel 1700 bereits enthalten und musste nicht separat beschafft werden. Denn andere Onlineshops können noch ältere Vorgängerversionen aus ihrem Lagerbestand verschicken.

Unfortunately refunds are only possible trough amazon if you bought the item there which made it complicated because amazon said i should contact msi support etc. but at the end i am very happy and that i could get a full refund for my product…
