I've experienced 2 of their AIO coolers over the last 2 years. The first one was a Liquid Freezer II 360mm and the second a LF II 280mm. The 360 was cooling a 9900K while the 280 is currently being used on a 12900K. Both these chips are known for running hotter than most especially when being overclocked, but I've gotta say that these coolers have given me absolute peace of mind when it comes to CPU cooling. You can checkout their many reviews online, Gamers Nexus in particular put it through great testing and the results speak for themselves. Installation is easy and hassle-free, the coolers are of excellent build quality and in any interaction with their staff, be it via a customer service query or a social media interaction, they are extremely down to Earth, polite and friendly. I've recommended them to 3 of my mates so far and they're all content with their purchase. A 4th mate of mine is also getting his first build together later this year and plans to also run an Arctic AIO. 20/10 would recommend. Don't compromise, go with Arctic, they cool it the best!

Gestern meinen neuen Build fertig gestellt. Der Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB und die P12/P14 mit A-RGB Beleuchtung sorgen für das Gewisse etwas. Leider ist mir beim Zusammenbauen einer der Lüfter durchgeraucht ( durch falsches anschließen meinerseits ) An der Stelle nochmal großen Dank an die Leute aus dem Support, die für einen schnellen Umtausch aus Kulanz sorgten! :)

Widerrufsrecht Email geschrieben. Ware auf eigenen Kosten versendet und es passiert einfach nichts. Keine Ticket Antwort, keine Bestätigung der Retoure, absolut nichts. Das Paket ist am 01.12 angekommen. Das ist der schlechteste Service den ich seit Jahren bei einem Unternehmen erlebt hab. Wie soll ich den euch kontaktieren, wenn das letzte Ticket schon nicht beantwortet wurde? Ich hab auch keine Ticketnummer oder ähnliches auf meine email erhalten. Ich hab jetzt nochmal eine Anfrage mit einem Kontaktformular abgeschickt und wieder keine Bestätigung auf Email. Hinweis: Geld wurde erstattet. Danke

Super Kühler für wenig Geld Ich habe den Freezer 33 Edition und bin vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Kühler. Einziger Punkt der noch besser sein könnte ist die Installation.

Buy the products they are good but absolutely horrible customer support. By mistake I put 2 coolers on cart, and immediately after the purchase I noticed it. Hit cancel on site and it didn't work as intended. Several days waiting for support email no one answers. Tried to phone no one solved anything. Buy but if you need an RMA or have a serious issue like a leaking man you are mostly out of luck their support is inexistent. Several hours later after cancel on site my surprise the order mas marked as processing and even after cancel second time they shipped. Their website is so bad it doesn't even send email on purchase or cancelling. Even forgot password email don't work. Of your site is crap just stop selling on it. No one answers at PayPal account, no one answers email support so if you really need support from arctic you may be on a very dire situation. I just want my money back next time I will buy from Amazon but especially considering this level of poor support I makes me shivers if I ever need an RMA or if it leaks they will take ages to answer and will not solve anything. Update: after a week I managed to solve the issue. It seen they are overfloded with requests, due to Intel launch. We reached an agreement.

I used the liquid freezer ii on my first pc build and it was great. I decided to get it for my second build as well, however, I got intel brackets and I was using and AMD build. I called them and all they needed was my address and email and they sent it to me. Best support out there

Ich habe nur positive Erfahrungen mit Arctic gemacht. Neben dem umfangreichen Produktsortiment kann ich den Kundendienst nur loben. Mir ist ein Lüfter ausgefallen (drehte sich eines Tages nicht mehr) und mir wurde umgehend Ersatz zugesandt. Ich habe bereits etliche F14, P14 und Slim P12 verbaut und kann die Lüfter nur empfehlen. Für eine dicke Grafikkartenkühlung empfehle ich den Arctic Accelero Xtreme III (besitzt Kühlfinnen zum aufkleben auf die Speicherchips) womit sich Temperaturen um 10-20°C senken lassen. Der Xtreme IV besitzt anstatt der Kühlfinnen eine Backplate. Ich würde es begrüßen, wenn man beide Modelle vereinen könnte zum Xtreme V? Damit wäre eine Wasserkühlung "überflüssig" :-) danke für die ausgeklügelten Produkte!

I've just installed the freezer 2 360mm AIO. I won't lie, the installation process was not simple, but it was 100% worth it. Running this on my Ryzen system it's super quiet, almost silent in the case and is keeping temps exceptionally low for an all in one solution. Great build quality and value for money. Now if you could just dor a triple 140mm that would be truly perfect!
