Ich habe mir die arctic liquid freezer ii 420 rgb gekauft um meinen i9 13900Kf auf einem Asus Rog Strix Gaming Wifi F z690 zu kühlen.Unter Cinebench R23 steigen die Temperaturen sofort auf 100°. Kühler wurde abgenommen, neu montiert-selbes enttäuschendes Ergebnis. Ich habe versucht den Support per Email zu kontaktieren, aber erhalte keine Reaktion. Sehr schade, ich war mir sicher,dass Arctic das besser kann. Besten Dank,ich hoffe, dass wir eine Lösung finden. Ich passe meine Bewertung selbstverständlich an. Bis heute hat sich noch keiner bei mir gemeldet. Mittlerweile konnten wir das Problem lösen. Es war aus der Anleitung die genaue Montage schwer ersichtlich. Wir hatten die 14er statt der 13er Standoffs und die inneren statt der äußeren Langlöcher genommen. Mit einem Powerlimit von long 210w und short 250w haben wir jetzt Temperaturen von max 92 Grad peak.Ein Stern Abzug für den zögerlichen Support und die unnötig schwierige Anleitung. Es funktioniert einfach. Ich kann mich über nichts beklagen. Die Installation der Arctic Freezer war relativ einfach. Der Fanhub funktioniert auch einfach so ohne weitere Software zu installieren *hust* Corsair *hust*.

I tried to order some fans a few months ago without creating an account, and although i paid for them and i got the order #, the payment was never processed, and i didnt receive the order. Later, i found out the customer has to create the account even though the website has an option to not create said account and still receive their order, and although i'm very happy with my purchase, i can't give 5* to a company that loses a customer's order.

I have created a support ticket about possible issue with Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB. Before buying I want to make sure it can be mounted on my motherboard. Arctic has previously discovered issues with certain motherboards, and I want to know if this is affecting my motherboard brand/model. Ticket #CS586950 created 25-10-2022, and still no answer. Update 04-11-2022: My 1-star experience has turned into a 4-star experience. Arctic has responded very well to my support ticket, so they are OK after all.

I am replacing the Liquid Freezer II 420 with the 280 as it fits better in my current setup, and will use the 420 for my next build with the 13900k.
