ARCTIC Support Ticket Opened [#CS643046] It's been 6 days ans still waiting a reply on my service support. I can't use my goods until I confirm everything is in order. Very slow/ slacking service. Update on 26.09.2022 I gave them a phone call and they were quite helpful and said that they will check my support ticket today. I wish it would have been easier to get support from manufacturer.

The cooler I received works really well and I am happy with it. The installation was relatively easy took about three hours to do. I’m not professional at this. The objective was to quiet down my computer and it is very quiet now and I am very very happy.

I have been trying to get the correct brackets that my AIO should of been shipped with. I have given a copy of my purchase receipt and address and still have not heard anything from them I have been given 3 ticket # this is my latest ticket (#GI831234)and here are my other 2 (#CS620636/#CS770514) I would like to be able to mount my AIO with any problems.

Ich bin einer wie viele hier sicher betroffen von dem Dichtungsfehler, der sich in den AIO Kühlungssystemen eingeschlichen hat. Dennoch großes lob an Arctic, dass sie sich so positionieren und direkt hierzu Stellung nehmen. Ich hätte wäre sogar mit einer kleinen Gegenleistung für das Ersatz-Kit zufrieden gewesen. 5 von 5 Sternen für so ein Unternehmen!

Quick dispatch of my cooler and it arrived with all the extra mounting kits. Even before that they provided me with a code to get a free one just in case! At any rate, great cooler, great price. Sadly it all comes wired together so get a few fan splitters or you'll be like me and have the radiator fans on 100% speed alongside your CPU pump all the time :)
