Love Arctic products like their Freezer II line. Ordered the mounting plate/kit for the new Intel 1700 socket, older Aio's like the freezer II 360 that I have, are not compatible without it. Review of Arctic + their Freezer Esports Duo. Great, friendly service along the way, and the product, now fitted, works brilliantly, keeping the CPU cool and operating silently. Only issue was that the cooler did not fit straight out the box, it took two dispatches of replacement parts from Germany to get the right back plate out to me (was installing on a MSI B550m Mortar) which took a bit of patience and explaining. Not sure if the issue lies with MSI and the PCB thickness of the board, but I would have hoped the cooler would be able to accommodate all types of motherboard. Looks great though!

Die bestellte Prozessorkühlung wurde innerhalb weniger Tage geliefert. Sie konnte problemlos installiert werden und tut nun schon einige Tage ihren - flüsterleisen - Dienst. Im Rahmen der Erneuerung von Mainboard und Prozessor wurde die vorhandene Wasserkühlung wegen des neuen Prozessorformates auch erneuert. Die Arctic Kühlung wurde mir empfohlen; ich bin der Empfehlung gefolgt und denke, keinen Fehler gemacht zu haben.

The process of receiving the bracket for free was good. The absence of a tracking number can make a person go crazy ^^;;; Also, the absence of any type of customer support for countries like where I live is also a downside. The product itself is great but for this reason I would not suggest people from buying this product in S.Korea.

I have an Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO almost for 2 years now and it was my best purchase for 40€ ever! I bought 3x P12 A-RGB and a Bionix P120 A-RGB as case fans and they are the best RGB case fans. It's hard to find a pressure-optimized fan with an RGB without any proprietary connectors.

Man kann gar nicht viel dazu schreiben, ist ja alles schnell und ohne Probleme gelaufen! Ich war auf der Suche nach einem guten und günstigen Kühler für meinen neuen i5 12600K. Nach dem Lesen einiger Reviews ist meine Wahl dann auf den Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO gefallen. Dieser war aber bei keinem der bekannten Versandhändler ab Lager lieferbar. Zum Glück konnte man aber direkt bei Artict bestellen, gesagt, getan. Und nach zwei Tagen war das gute Stück bei mir. Vorteil der Bestellung bei Arctic direkt ist, dass das Mounting-Kit für den 1700 Sockel direkt mitgeliefert. Bei all den anderen Angeboten war das nie wirklich ersichtlich. Kurz gesagt, der Kühler war sofort lieferbar, wurde schnell verschickt und das alles zu einem fairen Preis. Was will man mehr, Daumen hoch und 5 Sterne!

Pas très content de l'achat, problème avec ma z690 Asus prime et surtout refroidi très mal mon cpu 12700 kf. Je pense qu'il y a un problème de compatibilité .
