Very good service. I ordered a arctic liquid freezer 2 360mm to cool my 12900k. At first i thought it didn’t function correctly so i ordered a 240mm as backup. After reseating the 360mm it did an amazing job. Returning the 240mm wasn’t an issue. Communication was very personal trough email and gave me the feeling communication to a person instead of a huge company. Also they send me mx-5 cooling paste for free after i send an e-mail because i thought the mx-5 came with the new coolers. I was wrong and mx-4 comes standard with the coolers. Arctic send me a free mx-5. Very nice company. An example for other companies in my opinion.

After one month i got my LGA 1700 adapter is so much time, for a simple buy.

Arctic représente la qualité, et tout ça pour un prix en dessous de la concurrence. Je possède un z1 3d gen3 pour supporter mon écran Samsung G7 32", un Liquid freezer 2 240mm argb pour refroidir mon Ryzen 7 5800x, ainsi que 6 ventilateurs de boitier P12 pwm pst argb white. Les P12 font beaucoup moins de bruit que les ventilateur Corsair LL que j'avais avant, pour un refroidissement bien meilleur (10° d'écart en faveur d'Arctic). Bref c'est une marque au top qui mérite bien plus de reconnaissance!

Good and swift service.

I could not give Arctic 4.5 stars which is what I wanted to give them originally. I've only dealt with Arctic twice, once for their ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 and once for their free mounting bracket for the cooler and both times, they have been excellent, out of this world good with their customer service and their help, I can't fault them. Unfortunately, where my PC build is concerned, I'm somewhat of a perfectionist and at first, their cooler really did not perform despite me having the LGA1200 stand-offs on my motherboard, despite it being a LGA1700 motherboard but I digress. I received the bracket, installed it crossing every t and dotting every I and it went really, really well. Unfortunately, it doesn't really offer anything too advantageous over it's competitors. Is it better? Yes, definitely. Is it more cost effective and affordable? Definitely. Would I recommend it to friends and family? Yes, yes I would. For me, Arctic products should always be your go to, your first choice but for me personally, I was coming from a Corsair product (h150i) and whilst (as I said) it's better per se, it's only by a few degrees and the hassle I had (I had to reinstall the cooler 4 times due to cooling issues without the proper mounting bracket because I had to wait as it's not included as a standard yet), it did cause me a little frustration. Overall, these guys are an amazing company, great products and the customer support is perfect but these little niggles I experienced could have been avoided and that's why I've reduced my score.

Arctic products are what one should expect from a premium manufacturer. Their cooling solutions fit both my desktop systems and deliver results. On top of that, their customer support is impressive, especially given the fact they had to clean up the mess of a retailer that couldn't be bothered to specify the full details of the product on sale. Arctic solved that mess.

I got my fans and cpu cooler fast, and they perform amazing for the price I paid.

Not only are the products ridiculously good, for incredibly reasonable prices, their customer support is even better. An absolute industry leader. I've bought a BioniX fan that had a loose front fan decorative plate, it could have been a customer-return, I get it replaced in a few days. I've bought an Arctic Freezer 360 II after launch, after seeing that their first model was the absolute best in the industry, and it never used any of the EK garbage designs - it was their own in-house design making it so much more competitive in terms of performance and pricing because they did not have to pay EK any royalties . I was curious about the mounting pressures, so I've inquired. I get a technician reply to me in a few days explaining what the ideal conditions would be. I've bought an Arctic Freezer 7X from Scan.co.uk for £20 for one of my older systems, and the mountings were just not right for the motherboard, because it was from 2010, even though officially it did support that socket, the motherboard was simply too archaic, nothing wrong with the cooler. So I get in touch with a representative within a day and he asks me where do I live, says he will ship me a different unit (Arctic i13 I believe it was). Once I received it in a few days I've asked him if he wishes for the old unit back, and he says no, keep it, it's on the house because we stated that it would support your system but it didn't. The company fulfils what their products are stated to do, and if something does not work out they will offer an alternative until it does, unlike so many other cheap and greedy troglodytes that just wish to milk every penny out of you even when the fault was with their unit. And there are many more experiences from the people I know too that I've recommended the company to, everybody could not be happier with them. This is a very rare way of conduct nowadays, which should be supported. I do not take risks with anyone else anymore when it comes to PC cooling and simply vote with my money for these guys. I do not even review anything in my life, ever, because a positive experience is what should be expected as standard. But I thought Arctic deserves one for top-notch conduct.

Quick and free delivery of cooler mounting set for new LGA1700 socket. Very good service for free. But as we are not experts and we do not build a new PC every day a manual or description or a online video for the new mounting Kit would have been helpful. At the end we solved it. But we can‘t give 5 stars.
