Good service fast delivery

I placed an order with them on the 27th March for delivery on the 31st of March. The product never arrived I contacted them on the Thursday 2nd April when they confirmed that they were unable to make a deliver until the following Wednesday. They also advised that I would have incur further costs as the driver would need to bring with him id! The delivery then arrived at our Head Office even though they were informed of the correct post code at the time of the order. After further telephone calls I again had to pay for another courier to deliver the products I required and even when this deliver was made not all products were delivered. I again made a further telephone to be told that the goods have been misplaced! This has been one disaster after another costing me both time and money. I would not consider using this company again nor would I recommend them. I feel that they have made no effort whatsoever to rectify the situation and it has been myself that has had to initiate all the calls.

Quick Service & Easy to deal with

I cannot believe the problems we had in getting our order. We only wanted 36m2 of ceiling and 6 lights !! First problem was Granmore would not except our payment, asking us to confirm the authorisation code for our card payment, normal practise is you are given you authorisation code by the person you are making the payment too, but not with these guys. I had to contact my own bank to get the code then confirm it to Granmore. Second problem, they forgot to send the lights, i had to go and fetch them from Manchester has they said they could not get them to me until Monday, even though i had told them several times the ceiling was in a school, and the school needed to be open on the Monday morning. Third problem they didn't send enough cross members for the grid, so again i had to pick those up from Manchester. To sum up, i don't think i will be using them ever again !!!!!!!!!!

This company from start to finish were excellent.The prices are more than reasonable and the service was great. I had a minor shortage of perimeter trim and they sorted it it out without problems immediately. I honestly can not recommend them high enough.

Tiles arrived on time and in good condition

I was contacted by a members of the sales team as they thought some items were missing from the order. It was not a order to complete a full ceiling but for some alterations so they were not needed. However I do think that this kind of service and thought by a company and their staff says a lot about their attitude to their customers. We will use you again in the future and will recommend you to others.

I have used Granmore many times over the last 10 years for supply only & supply & fit of ceilings & lighting. The staff, & service recieved are second to none weather you need a full shop fitout or one ceiling tile. If its just some help & information they are always happy to oblige. I would highly recommend doing business with Granmore you won't be disappointed.

Very clean ,strong and nice tiles it makes a big big difference in my coffee shop I really recomend this tiles for cafe offices etc

received the full order within three days, however we did'nt open the packages until a week later only to find some of the longer rails and angles were badly damaged in transit. Phoned Granmore and although the 48 hr product replacement time had lapse they replaced them without quibble (even though i offered to pay). me and my wife set about putting the whole thing together, i had to get a mate to come round with his digi leveller as we struggled with the bubble spirit level, once you get the main "T"s level the rest falls in place. We chose a suspended ceiling for a new extension which is going to be my lads bedroom as i know later he wants a projector and mood lighting amongst other things which if we had a solid ceiling we would have to start punching holes in it, but with this we can just move/replace tiles. My wife was very sceptical at my suggestion but now she likes it and it may feature in our new kitchen we're doing after xmas.

Delivery was great and well packed, Nothing was damaged. However several of the ceiling tiles had various blemishes; mostly pits in the surface (sandstone) and one was swollen as if it had been dripped on. We managed to use these tiles for the cut and shaped tiles but 15% with defects was not good
