Granmore website was very easy to use and to determine requirements and costs. Because of cut outs in the boards I was very slightly short with the pack I had ordered and they assisted by sending me a single board rather than having to order a second pack. Highly recommended!

Awful!! Internet said 3 day delivery, waited over month, 4 phonecalls to chase!! Excuses bout customs, courier lost etc, these were for my Nan whos 93 and lost part of her ceiling in storms so kitchen was draughty and cold, will never use Granmore again or recommend!

I ordered a single pack of 16 ceiling tiles. It wasn't obvious when I accepted the delivery from the courier otherwise I would have refused it but 6 of the 16 tiles proved unusable as a result of significant edge damage. Sending a single pack of 16 tiles through the standard courier system (where it gets automatically sorted for destination by machine at the courier's hub) requires much better protective packaging than is currently employed.
