I contacted Simon to enquire if he could provide me with replacement ceiling tiles which are no longer available however Simon had an alternative which in effect is the same tile at a much lower price. I ordered a box of ten tiles from Simon and they were delivered within three business days however when I opened the box to inspect the tiles nearly all of them were damaged so I contacted Granmore who sent me out another box of tiles within 24 hours at no charge. Customer service just doesn't get much better than that! Thank you Simon and all of the staff at Granmore.

Really pleased with how easy it was to order and the price and quality of the product. The page we used to work out what we needed was not quite 100% accurate but that could have been down to inaccurate measurement (the room not being quite square). Good delivery times. Will use them again.

Ordered budget ceiling tiles for temporary use, came within the 3 days delivery time,at a cost of £40 delivery, turned up at site without a phone call or any warning driver would not help bring items inside, he stood and watched two female shop assistants struggle to unload a pallet, one of the cases of tiles not in its packaging, one tile missing and several others dirty and corners chipped, good job they are only for temp use, i was to busy to complain at the time just needed to get on with job, would not use this company again !!

Needed to replace suspended ceiling tiles following repairs to leaking roof. Items received very promptly and were well packaged. A good product at an excellent price.

Goods as ordered recieved on time

I bought a box of suspended ceiling tiles and was dissapointed with the state they were in. Although I managed to work around it by 'double' cutting the tiles a few centimetres in, I would have been in real trouble if I'd been doing a larger ceiling. The damage wasn't clearly visible until the packaging had been removed. Lesson is; don't buy something as delicate as this online, you'll likely get sent the ones from the bottom of the pile that everybody else left on the shop shelf.....

This company were not interested in replying to a phone call with a quote or replying to several emails.Prices were good but customer service was none existant.

A few of our ceiling tiles were damaged in the school and they needed replacing. After searching on line we found the Granmoresuspendedceilings site. It was quick and easy to order fromand they delivered when they said they would I would order from this site again.

Granmore impressed me and that doesn't happen very often, I placed my order with easy (well after some advice from Granmore on which tile I should be using). The suspended ceiling tiles were very good value even though they were cheap the quality was outstanding, not what I was expecting. Delivery was very quick and in no time me tired old ceiling was looking good as new.
