Ordered two clear prismatic diffusers. It was very easy to order online, price was very good and they turned up in a couple of days. Unfortunately they were delivered with slight damage to one corner i.e. small section broken off. It was obviously dropped on one corner by the courier. Order instructions say to check on delivery before accepting but this is quite difficult when delivered to 'Goods Inward' elsewhere in the building, and the courier wants to 'drop and run'. Packaging appeared to be reasonable i.e. packed between ceiling tiles with a cardboard surround but really needed proper corner protectors.

This lot know their stuff, me a mere householder was helped all the way. Even when the delivery man said he was one package short, a call to Sam said all was well and it was. Good price, good product, great service can I stop now I have earned my bonus. regards and thanks Dave

I ordered my ceiling grid and tiles on Friday and received them on Tuesday, Not bad service and all in good condition.

Your service is very good but 1 of the boxes of ceiling tiles was broken all the way through all ten tiles. i would like to say you need to find a better way to pack the tiles because they are not very strong anyway. I would like to say that when we phoned up to report the broken tiles the lady who dealt with the problem was very good and is sending out a replacement. Thanks Colin Thorpe.
