United Kingdom | 17 May 2022Ordered a horse rug over the phone as wanted to check the chest fastening was as the picture showed. This was confirmed and order placed. Didn't arrive next day although ordered before the cut off time. On arrival not the rug from the picture. A friend since bought it from me to save returning but obviously didn't want to pay postage. Rang Hope Valley and explained what had happened. They confirmed picture was probably an old one. I asked if they could refund my p&p but after referral to the 'Manager" was told as the couriers charge so much they'd be unable to refund.

Ireland | 05 May 2022Company being severely let down by their choice of courier “yodel” and customer service team. Hadn’t received my items within a 3 weeks- 1 month of ordering so contacted and was told I couldn’t have a refund as yodel wouldn’t pay them back if it was 14 days after date of dispatch. My contract is not with yodel it is with HV who are responsible for paying back/replacing missing orders! Customer service were awful and I ended up having to claim the money back through my bank 3 months later when I was getting no where with them and their excuses. Avoid.

United Kingdom | 07 April 2022I ordered the red amigo stable sheet and net cooler for a birthday present. I didn't realise it was a pre order for the net cooler. I emailed and explained that I needed it by the weekend because it was a birthday present. The stable sheet was in stock and I received it in two days. I asked for a refund on the net cooler and Amy on customer services sorted that for me and it was back in my account within a couple of days. They kept me updated by email and were really lovely to deal with. 🙂

United Kingdom | 06 April 2022Having placed an order and then having read the reviews I was quite rightly concerned.However ordered on a Friday evening, with despatch date for the Monday, I recieved my order on the Tuesday! Was genuinely impressed and got a great bargain.My coat was £156.00 at my local retailers and got it for £77.00! My only gripe was that the security tag was still on it.My son managed to remove it very easily.Excellent service and excellent product at a great price Can highly recommend from personal experience.Well done.

So always wear your hat! Went and bought a very nice Karben, nice looking, stylish hat, and for a good price, win win. Staff very helpful, no pressure and to be fair, we went with a bigger budget than we spent.

Charge a higher than average amount for a courier who never even delivered a parcel, but marked it as delivered with no proof of where this parcel was left. A month on still no package, no resolution from HV and just repeated fluffy emails. So they have my money and won't resolve until Yodel pay them.. doesn't really work like that!! I have asked for my complaint to be escalated however the manager is 'too busy' to respond. Honestly just save yourself the hassle and go to one of the other many equestrian retailers who adhere to the law and

I’ve been trying to get a refund for over 1 1/2 months and I’ve been emailing the company daily- but all they’ve said is that it’s the delivery company’s fault and that they can’t give me a refund. 2 months later I’ve still not got my boots nor a refund. I’m fuming!!!

I was then told a reputable company were delivering so it should arrived before Christmas to now find out it has never left the store. I have sent many emails called left messages all to no avail. Very disappointed.

United Kingdom | 30 December 2021Absolutely terrible service - ordered late one evening and agreed to collect my parcel from head office as they couldn’t guarantee delivery per Christmas - fine, although a 120 mile round trip. Email said order would be ready within 1 day so I left it at least 36 hours (as I ordered late) before I called to ask if it was ready. Very unclear answer from the customer service rep, some was ready - some was not. I left it another day (day before Christmas Eve, 22 gifts were in the order!) rang again, still really unclear answers on whether it was ready - some was there, some was being picked. Decided to drive up there as I was running out of time. When I arrived there was chaos and every call they were answering was about missing items / orders. There was less than 50% of what I ordered in a sealed box, I asked for a receipt of what was in there and they refunded me the stuff that wasn’t there (at least 8 children’s presents) when I got back there were 2 items missing from the box that I had been charged for and one item still had the security tag on it! So a useless gift. Customer services said if I sent this item back or drove up there (120 miles) they would take the security tag off for me. Completely ruined Christmas - if they couldnt fulfil the order they should have said when I first contacted them, I would have be fine with that. Really immature operation in my opinion, customer service and returning custom is not a priority - taking your money and ‘hoping’ they can complete your order seems to be the norm.

I decided to purchase an Ariat vest which was on sale, and cheaper than anywhere else online. I received confirmation of my purchase almost immediately, and the item was dispatched that very evening. It was delivered via Yodel, who provided tracking updates all the way. I can't fault this website and will continue to use them in future. I hope your experience will also be a pleasant one. :)

For the past 14 days I have called or messaged you to chase up my order. you have promised me that you have it in stock and will Chase it up/go down to the warehouse/send it out the next day delivery and email me to let me know what's going on/confirm. How many more lies can you spill?? Absolutely shameful company! I hope you're happy that you will have ruined a 9 year olds Christmas. I urge people not to trust this disgusting company!

United Kingdom | 14 December 2021Would give 0 if it was possible. Made 3 orders, stock errors with all 3. Asked for a refund on a £19.99 order, only to be given £3 until I chased it up. Got told mixed stories about where my bridle was and will now not get it until most likely middle of new year, despite ordering at the start of the month. Got told I would get call backs when I rang but I had to call back myself and chase up everything. Company happy to take your money but doesnt care about if or when your items are delivered after that.

The boots that were delivered were wide legged although this was not in the description on their website. I emailed asking for a freepost label for the return as they advertise on their website. There was no response! After phoning several times with no answer someone finally answered to tell me that it had been looked in to and was my fault no theirs and I had to pay for the return myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
