I love this wig! It looks so natural without me having to do any plucking, and that is exactly the type of wig I was looking for. I am very pleased and have already recommended it to some friends.

I ordered the wig for my graduation three weeks in advance. The day before my ceremony I still had not heard anything about the progress or shipping of my wig. Long story short, I had to find an alternative wig for my graduation because they made the wrong wig and didn’t even let me know until I emailed them and then the response was non-chalant! They asked me would I accept the wig that was made incorrectly! Of course I said no! . Two weeks later, I received the wig with the correct specs but it seemed rushed because the knots are huge! I’m disappointed.

I appreciate the quality of the premier lace wigs. I suffer from Alopecia totalis and your top quality wig products have brought me more confidence and more realistic looking hair. I am a new, true and now permanent customer. I love my wig and thank everyone/ anyone who donated the hair and who put the time and efforts in to create it for me.

Premier lace wigs is the worse company I've enter experienced. Please beware of their false advertisements and reviews. They only post good reviews not the bad experiences. They had me wait over 2 months for my wig and quality was very poor. It shed, not true 360 lace, tracks slapped every which way on lace. Very thin and customer service was awful. Don't waist your money on poor quality and service!

I requested that Premier Lace Wigs make a U-Part wig with their brazilian light yaki hair. While the quality of the hair was great, the construction of the wig definitely wasn't. The left side of the wig (the side with the u-part) is noticeably thinner than the right side and looks like it is breaking off. I complained to Mercy and she stated that it was normal for a u-part to look like it was breaking off on one side. She offered no resolution. I will not be purchasing from Premier Lace Wigs again

Premier lace wigs are good quality human hair wigs. I highly recommend them. There customer service team is great and will answer your e-mail request the same day.

Love ordering from premier lace wigs live the quality of the hair and it's always what I had expected.

I really love this wig, no need to bleach the knots just add your powder foundation and boom it’s going to BLEND. And when they say glueless they really mean it, all the combs and elastic bands inside the cap you really do not need glue. If you’re going to the a side part or half up half down then use some gots2b spray or gel but other than that the straps and combs do the work.

The ordering,shipping, delivery was all perfect! The packaging was cute. The hair was exactly what I asked for BUT the biggest issue I had was the amount of shedding from the hair. Like A LOT of hair coming out and then I also had a few red strings coming from the wig, which wasn’t a big deal I just cut them out. I would still return back to the company and try them again, probably just try a different wig.

Unfortunately if there was a minus star I would have selected it. I ordered this wig May 26th, 2019. I have not heard a mumbling word. When I tried to contact you by the email you provided it said deliverable. Where is my wig and where is my money. I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau if I do not get satisfied . I will give you until the end of the week. I will go on FB and everywhere else with receipts.

I know it’s only been a few days, but either way, I am not happy with the service. I’ve ordered/made a purchase last Thursday so the 6th of June. Hoping that, if I order a day before weekend, that’ll speed up the process and arrive quicker. 2-3/4 business days, right? Which is not the case. I’ve sent a message on their website asking for updates (til this day) and I’ve been using their ‘track order’ but that’s no use. It still says “confirmed, Paid, Unshipped”. But why has it still not been shipped? I still have not received a reply. You know when you just have a feeling somethings not quite right, that’s what I’m feeling. Not sure how to take it. I just want consist communication, which was promised. Don’t advertise something and not give it. Very misleading.

This wig is so soft. It arrived within a decent time frame; would recommend to anyone

The wig cap was poorly constructed, the wig sheds alot and I have a feeling that the hair is not 100% human hair

The hair is beautiful and soft. Only complaint is that the knots do not bleach I even tried using 40 developer and nothing! It took an entire weekend to personalize this wig from putting makeup on the knots and plucking the part. Be aware it requires work before you can actually wear it.
