Past few orders had something wrong with them. Latest order was incorrect texture & by the time I noticed I was already out of the state getting ready for the event I ordered it for. I had no other option but to wear the unit as is. I contacted customer service & they tried to convince me that the texture changed because i washed it. However I never washed the unit. I ordered a deep wave unit but I was sent a clearly curly unit. The curl pattern was no where near the deep elongated jumbo wave texture. Nothing still has been done to correct this and I’ve heard nothing further back from the company.

The cap is poorly done. A very shoddy job for what it’s worth. It doesn’t fit and the volume is like 90. I would dot wish it on anyone

The wig is nice big i ask for medium brown lace and what ever hair die you guys used made the lace a dark purple color so i am not happy.

The hair has been consistently great for 5 years. Shipping is fast IF the wig is in stock. Small cap sizes are hard to find in stock other than that the wigs are well made and the hair is pretty.

Ordered late Thursday night, received by Wednesday morning the next week- much faster than expected. The unit is beautiful and easy to apply. Great for beginners! Saving my coins so I can buy another.

Best hair / customer service ever

I like my wig and the quality is good! But I felt like it was a bit of false advertising when I watched a tutorial and used a code from filthy tresses and it had a free velcro band included. But when I finally got my wig it didnt have it and I was told I had to buy it separately which I felt like that wasnt right

Excellent communication. 4 stars because they didn't have in stock the wig. I made an order and in 24hours premier lace wigs e-mailed me to inform me that the size i picked was not available. I asked for a refund because i needed the wig for an event and the processing time for large size was very long. After that they emailed me that large size is available but without silk top ( as i ordered) and asked if it is ok with me. I asked again for a refund and they refunded me immediately. I think they acted very professional. Answers were very quickly.

I just got my new 360 lace Indian remy human hair wig today from premier. I had read reviews before I ordered as I was skeptical because I have never ordered a wig online before and had no idea which online sellers were good. I was a little concerned about premier based on some of the reviews posted here but am very happy with my whole experience! Once I ordered my wig, I reached via email, to ask when I could expect my wig. I got a friendly email back the same day noting when my wig would be shipped. It actually shipped a day earlier than I was told. Once I got the DHL tracking number it said I would get my delivery on Monday but it came today (Friday)! The wig is beautiful! The hair is curly, the length surprised me (in a good way!) and the density (I opted for 180) was thick and full. The quality of the hair also seems to be really good. I was buying my hair from a local wig stores (tried a variety of stores/wig brands until I settled on one that I liked) and now realize after I received this wig that I was getting ripped off. I paid more for the wig at the store and although I was getting what was described as a 26 inch wig clearly that was not the case. My premier wig was only 22 inches (longest it came in) and it was longer than my supposed 26 inch wig! Very happy and if this wig proves to be the excellent product I suspect it is and I don’t have any issues with it, then premier has my ongoing business. I suffer from alopecia so the need for new wigs will be a continual one for me! Thank you premier for a good experience so far!
