I just received my wig and I am very disappointed. I emailed customer service about it a few days ago and no one has gotten back to me.

I love the wig its so true to length and flowy. The bleaching and prepluck is also really great but this wig sheds a ridiculous amount!

I still have not received my package. I have wrote the company to let them know and it’s been 5 days no resolution or money back never again will I make a purchase from this company. And the carrier they use are liars and irresponsible with bad reviews Update* You are liars. I will be reporting to BB there was suppose to be a investigation already open. I spoke with the carrier and you have not even started it. This was spoken about days ago. I have been in contact with your company and you all stopped replying. Refund my money !!! I’m done with you all

Very soft hair, the lace is invisible it’s crazy. I can part it anywhere and put it in a ponytail.

Very good quality wig and very thick. I wore it in the beach, pool and lake and the hair dries quickly into beautiful waves. The quality has not deterred despite the chlorine/salt and it does not shed.

I "was" a regular customer. I received two wigs transparent lace when I clearly ordered tinted. They stated they didn't think it mattered because the hair was colored. Not everyone owns make up to fix.i I had to spend extra money to put face makeup on wig to make it my shade. Recently, I questioned twice about an advertisement for discount on "all wigs" and when I questioned why certain wigs were only only 10 percent off and not as advertised for 40 their response was not that one. I then inquired which ones twice to two other people and never received a response. I decided to order same wig from another company. They lost a sale and a regular customer.

DHL gave my package to a next door neighbor who I don't know or talk to , when I gave them simple instructions to knock on my door or call me upon their arrival I was totally upset they had one simple job to follow and they didn't . I don't talk to that person that they gave my package to and he could've stolen my package Thank god he didn't but next time follow the simple orders please and Thank you. Overall I do Love the wig it fits perfectly I just gotta learn how to style it lol.

Took about a week to come. But the hair is thick and soft. I followed a YouTube video and applied my wig myself and I love the look.

The texture was nice but the hairline didn’t really look like the picture as other reviews stated at least for me , also my lace didn’t look tented
