This was my first time having an unpleasant experience when ordering from this site. My wig was not in stock when I ordered it despite the site saying that it was. After I placed my order almost a week went by without me hearing anything about my order or when it would be to me. I finally called CS & they reassured me my order would be processed in the next day or so. 2 more days went by & nothing so I called back & that’s when I was informed that my wig was not in stock & that was the initial hold up. Terrible customer service & communication. I will consider this the next time I think to order.

I’ve ordered many units from premier lace wigs and I typically love the wigs, but my last unit I was very disappointed in. The hair is nice and soft as usually, but this specific unit had a bunch of split ends and the wig was very thin. I ordered the 360 lace wig, which was my third or fourth time ordering this exact unit and typically when I order it, it’s a lot fuller and not too many split ends, but this one was very thin and when I put it on it makes me look like I have a cone head. It’s puffy right at the center where you would do a middle part, and very very thing on the sides, making it look like a cone. I’ve plucked the part and did everything I usually do to get my wigs the way I like it and this one is just not working. It also sheds a lot more than the other ones I’ve purchased. Again, my older purchases of this unit have been very good, but this one I’m not satisfied at all. I’m hoping it was just a bad unit and the quality of premier hasn’t gone down.

This is the absolute WORST WIG IVE EVER HAD, What a Waste of $300 !!!!! Cheap hair < and they use short hairs to make the wig more dense , so now it looks as though I'm wearing a helmet ! OMG please be warned !! the lace is hard and doesn't blend well. the hair is bushy. the ends are dry and split. You tube Review Coming soon.

I’ve ordered previously and my wigs were all intact and amazing but currently when I received my wig, multiple tracks at the ends weren’t all the way attached. Informed a representative about it and they stated that the wig was not damaged and that is was normal. But all the previous 4 wigs I’ve gotten was never like this. They took the wig but I have to pay for the shipping even though wig was damaged by company. I will not use this company again nor recommend to anyone else. I actually liked the wig.

Customer Service was AWESOME:) and the hair was the best I’ve purchased so far! The wig I purchased was AMAZING!!! Everything I hoped for and MORE:)If I could give them 10 STARS I would!!

The hair tangles a lot. The shedding is also very extreme. The first wig I purchased was amazing. However this one is a tangling mess that sheds from just touching it.

I love this wig..it was customized to fit my head perfectly..the wait was 30 days,but it was worth it...its very soft and minimal shedding if any..overall its quality is excellent

I’ve ordered a wig March 2nd wet & wavy 180% density 22inches and it’s about to be a week tomorrow and I still have NOT receive a confirmation number to track my package I’ve emailed last night & this morning still no reply and I’ve called their number but went straight to voice mail what’s going on ?!?!?!

I’m writing because i ordered my hair a couple days ago! And was unaware of how long this would take. I emailed them, they responded saying they would be sending me tracking I’ve still haven’t got it and at this point I’m ready to make a dispute this so unprofessional.. Then the number doesn’t even work or goes straight to voicemail. I need to be able to trust who I’m buying things from in this definitely not it. 🙄

The lace wig was very thin with hair and the length was shorter than the 14 inches that I order... This was a costume made wig that I order and waited over a month to receive which turned out to be a royal disappointment... It give it a zero if I could

I love the product I received. My only disappointment was that I asked for them to sew in the strap and They didn’t do it other than that I love the wig.
