very easy to use and very helpful and easily understandable instructions. My only gripe is that I had to by blow tubes separately and this wasn't obvious at the point of sale - easily solved though.

Postage charges to get recalibrate are shocking and device only sent back by second class post. Needs a republic of Ireland location to make this yearly recalibration feasible and economical.

First class service, second to none. Nothing more need be said.

I`m pleased with the unit overall, it`s compact, easy to use and the cost of annual recalibration is reasonable. On the negative side, I was a little disappointed in: 1. Having to buy a carry case as an extra. 2. Having to update the software on a brand new unit. 3. The "data manager app" has the look and feel of an old DOS program from the 80`s.. 4.It uses disposable batteries rather than rechargeable despite having a USB port for connectivity. 5. I dislike the fact 20% is added to the reading to comply with some E.U. directive. I expect an instrument display as close to the correct value as possible and stating the accuracy tolerance. As far as I know, 20% is not added to blood pressure monitors, thermometers, etc. Hope not anyway. However, the fuel-cell technology is great. I definitely recommend.

First purchase of Alcosense was in 2014. The unit has performed well over the years but we thought it about time to upgrade. We would recommend these products highly.
