The level of service from staff was of a good standard, but unfortunately when I was called re a fault on my unit and told I was not covered so would have to pay for repair I was a little surprised as unit only two years old. Then told no it was manufactured 4 years ago, but I'd only had it two years. This was confirmed by myself and repair done free of charg, though still have a unit twice the age I thought it was. Finally when returned to me I was sent a certificate of calibration, but not record of work done to fix problems. I'd have thought a work list of work would be sent as well!
