I can’t recommend dealing with Phil’s team enough at A690, a credit to customer service within the motor industry. Harvey offered the expertise, professional and personable approach thats hard to come by, with better than main dealer technical knowledge, considering the range of manufacturers they stock. Now having the car (E220d estate) for over a month, their pre sales, admin, handover and after sales go hand in hand with the above. It’s clear they’re operating a tight ship. I recommend buying from here, treat yourself to some proper customer service!

Spotted a car in the correct spec I was looking for online before the images were uploaded. Contacted A690 and was greeted by Allan, who I dealt with the whole purchase enquiry. Allan went out his way to travel to where the car was, (prior to it having it's pre sale treatment) and sent multiple images and a personalized video of the car. It was great to see the car before it had been cleaned, which gave me a good idea of the life it had with it's previous owner. It also made picking it up a whole lot better, as the prep team did an amazing job of presenting the car and refurbishing the wheels. Allan answered all my questions with ease, and read through all the service history with me. This gave me great confidence in committing to travelling and buying this car. I took the train from Aberdeen to Durham, where I was greeted by Allan in the car. Had a great test drive around Durham before heading to the garage to settle the deal. I came in to view a 17 plate merc after seeing it online. I was met by Allan on the forecourt who introduced himself and asked what I was interested in. After telling him he advised different models and showed me the merc. He did not pressure me which was quite refreshing and was very knowledgeable. The owner also came over and introduced himself which was a nice touch. I put a deposit down and part exchanged my own vehicle which I got a fair price for. I drove the new merc home two days later. Quick and simple. I will be returning for business in the future.
