Next day the car was booked in Paul and Phil kept in touch and by the time my shift had finished, my car was delivered back to me. Amazing paint/repair job and even had a wash and a vacuum 👏 Would highly recommend 😊

I bought an Audi SQ5 from A690 having seen it on Autotrader. The business owner Phil made contact within a few hours on a Friday evening and then on Saturday one of the team, Allan, also made contact. After discussions back and forth, a trade in price for my vehicle was agreed and a deal for the SQ5 was settled. I paid a deposit and agreed a collection date, as I live 4 hours away! On arrival for collection, the vehicle was in great condition and drove well, and after sorting paperwork and my trade in meeting their inspection requirements too, I paid and left! I am very pleased with the vehicle and more importantly, the service I received from Allan & Phil. Other garages with similar vehicles I was interested in either did not bother to reply, or did not answer my questions in full so this experience was far better! I would recommend A690 and the car and service was worth the all-day trip up north!

Harvey was very knowledgeable about the Jag E-Pace and provided great customer service. Couple of noticeable scratches on the paintwork were touched up and buffed out - result looks great! Trade-in was made easy (they did get a great trade-in price for my audit A4!). Only thing I would consider in future is... would I use my car as a trade in as the garage price offered is a lot lower than selling privately. The security of buying from a garage is also less now with only 3 month warranty offered by A690 Specialist Cars. All in all, a great service provided and I'm over the moon with the car!

I bought my Audi Q3 from A690 and dealt with Allan. They were brilliant from start to finish. Quick to respond when arranging the test drive, very knowledgable and friendly as well.
