Arranged a test drive instantly, and there was no hard sales or pressure tactics. Was quite happy for me to go away and have a think and come back for another test drive if I needed it. The car was exactly what I needed so I made the purchase and Joe ensured everything went smoothly including taking my part/ex.

I'm from Scotland, Lanarkshire. I'd been looking at a Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE Black for quite some time. A690 Specialist Cars had one that I liked. I put a request for information on thru Auto Trader, and the very next day, Allan called and was happy to give me all the information I needed. He filled me with so much confidence that I didn't have to look anywhere else. He was open and honest throughout the whole process, kept in touch via WhatsApp. I felt peace of mind as Allan advised that they only use genuine Land Rover parts and specialist experts doing the required repairs. He also made sure that a small leak on the cooling system was repaired before selling it to me. Any other company may have just let this go. Also took care of my private plate, which is still in the process. Just need to let Allan know when I get the new log book, etc. Really highly recommend, no matter how far you need to travel to get there because you'll get honest, helpful, reliable service.

I saw the car on auto trader, it stood out as it was really high spec. I'm 180 miles from the garage so I arranged a video call to view, and then once happy I had the car delivered. Purchased a car back in late February that involved part ex. The welcome and non-pushy sales experience we received from Harvey and Neil was first class. We agreed the deal in the same visit. We have however had a few issues with the car and given we live around 180 miles away it isn’t easy to pop the car back to them. That said their service team (Jordan) stepped up and agreed for local garages to resolve the issues with alloy wheels, parking sensors and air conditioning, all under the warranty. Thanks to whole team at A690 cars for superb service all round, it makes a huge difference to the customer experience.
