Called to ask advice on the product and the help was there. I ordered and after the weekend I wanted to check on the delivery date as the order was needed for a project. Aron went beyond just the normal script. He called despatch to find the status of my order he then said he would call back in the morning to ensure everything was on track. Not sure what he did when he spoke to despatch but I the delivery was made at 7am the day following my call . THANK YOU for your service it was very much appreciated

Delivered just what I wanted, which was a tunnel for my pet rats. You are missing a truck though only advertising them as for ferret or rabbit use. Lots of pet rat owners out there!
