Everything was looking very good and my order of two items went smoothly. BUT I then received a telephone call informing me that one item was out of stock. New was was expected shortly and J agreed to wait so that both items could be shipped together. I then received another telephone call informing me that although the stock records showed stock held the warehouse couldn’t find it. At this stage I cancelled the order (both items) and requested a refund. The refund was administered promptly and the level of communication (of bad news) was excellent. The main disappointment is that I was able to place an order and pay for items that were not available.
